1. Send us a photo of the dress you want.
2. Tell us your bust, waist and hip measurements.
3. Tell us the dates you need the dress.
4. Let us know whether you are renting from Bangkok or upcountry.
5. We check the dress's availability and confirm the rental fee and deposit (delivery not included).
6. We confirm the date we send the dress and the date it must be back with us.
7. Pay to confirm the booking.
8. Send us the transfer slip, your name, address and phone number.
9. We deliver on the agreed run; any extra delivery cost is paid on arrival.
10. Return the dress to us; the return shipping is at your cost.

A booking is only complete once payment has been received. We cannot hold a dress before payment.

1-day rental

• Day 1 — we send the dress
• Day 2 — the day you wear it
• Day 3 — the dress must be back with us before noon

1-day rentals are available only in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, where the dress can be returned by messenger.

3-day rental

• Day 1 — we send the dress
• Days 2–4 — the days you wear it
• Day 5 — the dress must be back with us

Upcountry customers should rent for at least 3 days. For trips abroad longer than 5 days, let us know and we will schedule it and charge for the extra days.

5-day rental

• Day 1 — we send the dress
• Days 2–6 — the days you wear it
• Day 7 — the dress must be back with us

Please return on the agreed date and time so the next customer's booking is not affected.

Making an appointment

• Fittings are by appointment only; we cannot take walk-ins.
• Book through LINE at least one day ahead.
• Same-day fittings are possible if a slot is free and an admin confirms it.
• There is no charge for a fitting.

The fitting itself

• One hour is set aside per person.
• Try 1–3 dresses at no charge.
• Two more dresses can be added for ฿200. If you go on to rent, that ฿200 becomes part of your deposit.

Before you come

• Wear underwear suited to fittings — a strapless or silicone bra, nipple covers, lift tape or a corset.
• Bring your own heels if you want to try the dresses with them.
• If you are wearing makeup, please use the face cover we provide before trying a dress on.
• Please remove earrings, bracelets, rings and anything that could catch on the fabric.

Keeping your slot

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may have to move or cancel the slot so the next customer is not affected.

• For customers in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces who cannot come to the showroom, so the dress can be sent and returned within the time allowed.
• You arrange and pay for the messenger both ways.
• A fitting deposit of ฿1,000 per dress is paid before delivery.
• Try the dress on and send it back within 4 hours of receiving it.
• The deposit is refunded in full once we have the dress back and confirm there is no damage or staining.
• If you decide to rent it, tell the admin right away — the fitting deposit becomes the rental deposit automatically.

Deposit

• Dresses in the hundreds of baht — ฿1,000 deposit
• Dresses in the thousands — ฿1,500–2,000 deposit
• Transferred back as soon as we have the dress and have checked it over

Delivery in Bangkok (from Rama 9)

• Free messenger delivery within 10 km of the shop
• Beyond 10 km we cover ฿100 and you pay the remainder at cost
• Delivered by our own staff or by Grab

Delivery upcountry

• Free Thailand Post EMS nationwide
• We send it ahead of the day you need it
• Transit time depends on the courier, so please allow extra days for the rental and the return

When it arrives

• Please check the dress as soon as you receive it.
• Film yourself opening the parcel every time.
• If you find a flaw we did not tell you about, let us know the same day.
• If we hear nothing on the day of delivery, we treat the dress as having arrived in perfect condition.

Sending it back

1. Return shipping is at your cost.
2. If you cannot arrange a courier, we can call a Grab for pickup and deduct the fare from your deposit.
3. If the dress is damp, please air it dry before sending it back so the fabric does not develop mould.

Return channels

• 1-day rentals — by messenger only (Grab / Lalamove / Line Man / Messenger)
• 3–5 day rentals in Bangkok — Grab / Lalamove / Line Man / Messenger, or Thailand Post EMS
• 3–5 day rentals upcountry — Thailand Post EMS only
• Please send us the tracking number, the courier link, or a photo as proof of return.

Swapping a dress

• Tell us at least 7 days before the dress is due to be sent.
• One swap per booking.
• The replacement must be free on those dates and not clash with the next customer.
• If the new dress costs more, you pay the difference.
• If it costs less, we refund the difference together with your deposit.

Cancelling after the booking is confirmed

• Once you confirm and pay, we lock the dress for your dates and stop taking bookings from anyone else.
• If you cancel after confirming, the rental fee is non-refundable and only the deposit is returned.

Cancelling on the day of your fitting

• The deposit and rental fee are refunded in full, less a ฿200 service charge.
• That charge covers the handling and the fitting itself, which we normally waive for customers who rent.

Please do not

• Cut, sew, alter the shape of the dress, or pin a brooch to it
• Wash it yourself
• Use adhesive tape on it
• Iron it on high heat
• Clean it yourself without telling us

If a dress is damaged, we reserve the right to charge for the repair or the loss at actual cost.

Late returns

• Returns past the due date are charged ฿500 per day.
• If the delay means we cannot deliver to the next customer on time, you are liable for the rental fee that customer had paid.
• We will always try to reach you first; if we cannot, we reserve the right to pursue the matter legally.

Damage charges

• Face-mask cream, foundation or makeup that washes out normally — no charge
• Pet hair or fibres picked up in normal wear — no charge
• Deep stains, glue, ink, wine, or anything needing special cleaning — from ฿200, assessed on the actual damage
• Tears, scratches, pulled or snagged threads, or a broken zip — ฿300 per spot
• Detached or missing trims — ฿200 per piece
• Pin marks or holes in the fabric — ฿100 per spot
• A lost dress, or damage beyond repair that takes it out of service — you buy the dress at its actual price
